Salary: $68,865 – $80,000 (depending on qualifications and skill set)
Lavish Day Spa at Lasseters is seeking experienced and highly professional Beauty Therapists to join our team. As a Beauty Therapist, you will deliver high-quality body treatments while providing personalised, warm, and professional service to every guest. You will uphold Lavish Day Spa standards, maintain strong product and treatment knowledge, and play an essential role in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all beauty, body, and massage treatments to the highest professional standard
Consult with guests regarding treatment needs and make suitable recommendations
Maintain strong knowledge of all Babor skincare products and stay updated with new treatments
Ensure spa rooms and equipment are clean, prepared, and presented at all times
Promote retail products appropriately to support guest experience and spa revenue
Respond professionally to all guest enquiries and treatment questions
Uphold exceptional grooming, presentation, and customer service standards
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate must have hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Certificate III (including 2 years of on the job training), or AQF Certificate IV and one year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) work experience
Proven experience delivering professional Beauty treatments
Strong knowledge of body, relaxation, or therapeutic techniques
Excellent customer service and presentation skills
Ability to promote spa products and services
