About the Role
We are hiring reliable delivery drivers to support our evening and late night operations, with priority given to drivers who live near key delivery zones and can consistently work during peak hours.
We’re looking for drivers who want flexible work, per-delivery pay and the opportunity to earn additional weekly bonuses.
This is an independent contractor position with no fixed roster. You choose when you are available, and delivery requests are sent to drivers as customer orders come in.
Drivers who regularly make themselves available during our busiest periods have the greatest opportunity to receive deliveries and qualify for additional bonuses.
What You Can Earn
- Minimum $25 per delivery
- Minimum $35 per delivery after 1:00 AM
- +$5 for every additional 5 minutes of delivery time over 20 minutes
- Additional bonuses for completing longer-distance deliveries
Depending on your location, availability and delivery volume, drivers may earn approximately $150–$700+ per week.
There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of deliveries, as work depends on customer demand and driver availability.
Weekly Coverage Bonuses
Drivers can qualify for additional bonuses by completing deliveries during particular parts of the day.
Early Morning
Weekdays: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Weekends: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 3 deliveries: $25 bonus
- 6 deliveries: $60 bonus
- 10+ deliveries: $100 bonus
Daytime
Every day: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3 deliveries: $25 bonus
- 6 deliveries: $60 bonus
- 10+ deliveries: $100 bonus
Peak Hours
Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekends: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 6 deliveries: $25 bonus
- 15 deliveries: $50 bonus
- 25+ deliveries: $100 bonus
Late Night
Weekdays: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Weekends: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM
- 3 deliveries: $25 bonus
- 6 deliveries: $60 bonus
- 10+ deliveries: $100 bonus
Distance Delivery Bonuses
Drivers can also earn additional bonuses for completing longer-distance jobs.
Medium-Distance Deliveries
30+ minute deliveries
- 3 per week: $25 bonus
- 6 per week: $60 bonus
- 10 per week: $100 bonus
- After 10: +$5 for each additional qualifying delivery
Long-Distance Deliveries
60+ minute deliveries
- 3 per week: $50 bonus
- 6 per week: $120 bonus
- 10 per week: $200 bonus
- After 10: +$10 for each additional qualifying delivery
The bonus program is currently being trialed and may be reviewed or updated in the future.

Peak Availability (Important)
Applicants with availability during the following times will be prioritised:
- Core Evening Peak: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (highest demand)
- Late Night: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM (especially Fri–Sat)
- Daytime Support: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (limited positions)
Drivers comfortable working after 10:00 PM and on Friday–Sunday evenings are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to delivery requests via SMS
- Complete deliveries professionally and efficiently
- Aim to complete deliveries within 30 minutes where possible
- Operate within assigned or nearby delivery zones
- Restock from the warehouse weekly to fortnightly as required
Requirements
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with reliable SMS communication
- Strong time management and independent work skills
- Good customer service and communication
- Delivery experience preferred but not required
How Scheduling Works
- No rostered shifts
- Delivery requests sent as orders come in
- Drivers can accept or decline jobs
- Consistent peak-hour availability leads to more delivery opportunities
Important Information
This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.
Delivery volume varies depending on customer demand, driver location and the number of drivers available. Weekly earnings and delivery numbers are therefore not guaranteed.
