Valocity Australia is seeking a full-time Solutions and Insights Specialist to support its growing data solutions and platform integration operations. The role focuses on analysing business needs, translating them into system requirements, and supporting the implementation of data-driven solutions across the organisation. The position works closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, analytics, and client-facing teams to ensure effective solution delivery and continuous system improvement.
What You’ll be Responsible For:
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, system needs, and functional objectives
· Analyse existing business processes, operational workflows, and system integrations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
· Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation for product and engineering teams
· Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments for system enhancements, data integrations, and process improvements
· Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of requirements
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives and operational needs
· Support the design and implementation of system and data solutions, ensuring alignment with defined requirements and organisational standards
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and analytics, to ensure effective delivery of system solutions
· Assist in system testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that implemented solutions meet business and functional requirements
· Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and workflow diagrams
· Monitor system performance, user adoption, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
· Provide recommendations on system enhancements, process optimisation, and technology improvements to support business operations and decision-making
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis
· Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system analysis
· Experience working with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
· Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Pay: $115,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
