Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants.
Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators.
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders.
Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects.
Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects.
Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement.
Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites.
Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery.
Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
