We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our marketing team and own the technical execution of the campaigns that keep our members engaged, coming back, and feeling valued.

The role:

You’ll be in Braze every day - building canvases, writing Liquid, managing segmentation, and getting campaigns out the door across email, SMS, push, and in-app. You’ll work closely with our Lifecycle Marketing Manager to bring the member journey to life: translating strategy into personalised, well-timed communications that actually move the needle. This is a hands-on execution role inside a fast-moving, scale-up marketing team.

What you’ll do:

Campaign execution & platform management

Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns in Braze — owning execution from brief to send across email, push, SMS, and in-app
Manage the always-on BAU campaign calendar: promotions, seasonal sends, and automated lifecycle triggers
Maintain workspace configuration, segmentation logic, data integrations, and SDK event catalogues
Troubleshoot deliverability issues, suppression lists, and opt-out compliance

Optimisation & experimentation

Run A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, timing, segmentation, and creative
Use results to iterate on campaigns and targeting strategies - test, learn, improve

Data & reporting

Own CRM reporting: campaign performance, member activity, journey metrics, and KPI tracking
Surface insights for the broader team and use data to inform what we do next

What we’re looking for:

At least 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing in a digital business - retail, e-commerce, or agency-side managing consumer brands all count
Hands-on Braze experience - you’ve built in Canvas, written Liquid, and worked with API triggers (not just templates)
Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email and familiar with JSON/API structures
Commercially minded: you care about what your campaigns actually drive, not just open rates
A self-starter with a builder’s mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up
