About European Catering

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee the successful delivery of events from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating event logistics and setup
Supervising front-of-house staff during service
Running pre-event briefings and delegating tasks
Liaising with clients professionally on-site
Monitoring service standards and team performance
Ensuring smooth execution of all catering operations

This role can be casual, part-time, or full-time, depending on availability.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 year experience as an Event Supervisor or similar role
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
Current driver’s licence (essential)
Full working rights in Australia
