PT Wanted in Yea, VIC

Forget Rent. We Book The Clients. We Mentor You Weekly.

Area: Yea, VIC

Basis: Casual

Pay rate: from $40.17 to $55/hr depending on your ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Starting: Immediate

Hours: Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week

The Usual PT Deal Is Stacked Against You. This One Is Not.

You wanted to make people fitter and happier. That was the whole point.

Not to spend it doing this:

Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Lose good prospects because there was no one to follow up while you were coaching
Plenty of brilliant trainers leave the industry early, worn down by everything that is not the coaching.

Jamie Fitness handles all of that for you.

Where Is the Catch?

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket.
