We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Gladstone Clinic on a full-time basis, for a maximum-term position through to December 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client care.
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will deliver a high standard of occupational health and primary care nursing services to our clients while supporting workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
While previous occupational health experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential—we are committed to providing training and support for the right candidate who is eager to learn and develop their skills in this rewarding specialty.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Delivering high-quality occupational health and nursing services.

Conducting patient triage and assisting with emergency and trauma management.

Performing health assessments, injury management, and occupational health screening.

Administering vaccinations and immunisations.

Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, including supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing.

Conducting audiometry, spirometry, and ECG testing.

Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining clinical stock and supplies.

Maintaining, cleaning, and sterilising clinical equipment in accordance with infection prevention and control standards.

Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Undertaking general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
The successful candidate will be a confident and organised Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Essential Requirements
Desirable-
Certificate or demonstrated experience in phlebotomy and/or immunisation.

Experience in occupational health, general practice, or workplace health services.

Experience conducting health assessments and workplace medicals.
