We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our busy, high-volume Aldinga pharmacy on a full-time basis.

Your Mission Your mission is to lead our Aldinga pharmacy team with confidence and heart — driving key pharmacy and business KPIs, delivering high-quality professional services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and pharmacy performance, all while championing an innovative, patient-centred model that goes far beyond the dispensary counter.

What You'll Need

•
Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration.

•
Completion of (or desire to complete) relevant scope of practice training.

•
Experience with QCPP standards, dispensary policies, and retail pharmacy operations.

•
Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to handle confidential information.

•
Previous leadership experience in a community pharmacy setting; previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred but not essential.
