About the role

We have a part-time hybrid opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our Albury store. This role is working 22.5 hours per week on a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm and rostered. This role includes a flexible rotating roster working Monday to Friday with the occasional work from home on Saturday.

As the face of Medibank in your area, you will:

Help customers choose the right health cover and services.

Support them across multiple channels – in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.

Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.

Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.

Internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, you will be a part of a geographically based, cross-functional teams, with a shared goal to build stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised support in your area.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need health insurance experience – we’ll teach you that. If you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement, you could be a great addition to our team.

You are:

Great at building rapport and explaining things clearly.

Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.

A team player who is adaptable and proactive.

Detail-focused and committed to protecting customer privacy.
