Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities through compassionate and professional care. We are currently seeking a qualified NDIS Office and Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The NDIS Office and Compliance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards and regulations. This position involves overseeing the administrative functions of our office, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, guidelines, and policies.

- Coordinate and maintain all documentation related to NDIS plans, service agreements, and participant records.

- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure best practices are followed.

- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements.

- Assist in training staff on NDIS policies and compliance procedures.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including NDIS representatives and service providers, as needed.

- Support the management team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications:

- A relevant qualification in social work, disability services, or a related field.

- Previous experience in NDIS compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of NDIS policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
