About the Role
Step through our pink doors into the whimsical world of Peter Alexander as Store Manager at our Albury store! You’ll be a key player in driving sales, supporting your team’s growth, and making sure every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a dream. If you love fashion, leading with energy, and have a knack for making things happen, we want you to help us grow our vibrant brand.
This is a full-time position with a rotating roster that includes one weekend shift and one late-night shift per fortnight, offering excellent work-life balance.
A Day in the Life
- Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
- Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
- Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
- Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
- Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
- Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
- A love for delivering an unforgettable customer experience and creating a playful atmosphere.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
