About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic people leader with a proven track record in compliance and building high-performing, inclusive cultures! As the Area Manager (Early Years) you’ll work across four early years centres and Council offices. You won’t need prior experience in early childhood education our skilled Centre Managers will cover that aspect.
In this role you’ll
- Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers across four vibrant early childhood centres in Bellbridge, Tallangatta, Corryong, and Walwa.
- Bring your strong background in leading, coaching and developing people across multi-site operations.
- Engage in a blend of office work and exciting local day travel, complete with a company pool car for your site visits.
