About the role:

We’re excited to offer a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive or aspiring Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Tynan Motors Subaru, LDV, RAM & Jeep in Albion Park.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a successful career in automotive sales, we'd love to hear from you!

If you are joining us with no experience:

You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
You will be learning about the brands, models and their features
You will learn about customer's needs, customer service expectations and the overall decision-making process
Delivering exceptional customer service, whilst meeting the customer satisfaction targets
You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great mone

For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:

All aspects of the sales process
Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
Achieving individual sales KPI's
Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of our brands
Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle

About you:

Prior experience in a sales position with KPI’s will be highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
Passionate about the automotive industry and our brands
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
A fantastic work ethic and attitude
Highly organised
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Current NSW Driver's License – (Provisional Drivers Licence also accepted)
