Construction Project Manager - Custom Residential Homes
Location: Based in Browns Plains, QLD, with projects across Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast

The Homes By Markon is a family-run custom home builder delivering quality residential projects across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. We specialise in custom homes and tailored building solutions, with a strong focus on transparency, communication, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead construction delivery as the business continues to grow. This role will initially combine construction management responsibilities with direct site supervision on selected projects. As the team expands, the role will move further into managing supervisors, improving systems, and leading project delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential construction projects across South-East Queensland
- Support and manage site supervisors as the team grows
- Directly supervise key or complex projects where required
- Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and site performance
- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and communication standards are met
- Work closely with the Director, Operations, Estimating, Drafting, Contracts Admin, and Sales teams
- Help improve construction systems, reporting, processes, and workflows
- Attend office meetings and visit sites as required
- Use systems such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Smartsheet, SafetyCulture, and HazardCo
Qualifications
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Current Construction White Card
- Around 10+ years of residential construction experience
- Previous supervision or construction management experience
- Builder's Licence is highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential construction and compliance
- Ability to manage people, projects, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Ongoing work rights in Australia
Pay and Benefits
- Permanent full-time position
- Pay: $140,000+ base per year, based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses increase the salary to $160,000+
