Key Responsibilities & Duties
Maintenance & Testing
- Routine plant and equipment tests, inspections, and maintenance.
- Onsite plant and equipment servicing.
Emergency Response
- Responding to emergency callouts to minimise downtime and address urgent issues.
Project Support
- Site setup and commissioning of plant and equipment
Customer Support & Training
- Providing technical support to customers.
- Delivering plant and equipment servicing training.
Required Skills Qualifications & Experience
Education/Certificates
- Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical or Diesel Fitting (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Auto Electrical experience or certification (desirable).
- Current driver's licence (preferred for site-based roles).
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in diesel engine maintenance, including fault diagnosis and repairs
- Practical knowledge of diesel-driven pumps in both field and workshop settings
- Exposure to auto-electrical systems and general equipment servicing
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety-conscious team player with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
