Italian Street Kitchen embodies the Italian way of eating and sharing. Local produce, inspiring delicious hand-crafted food bursting with flavour in a warm and welcoming environment. Produce to be bought and shared amongst friends and family, from wood fired pizzas to traditional Italian ingredients.

We are looking for an experienced, professional Chef to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team. People who are looking for a career with a growing national company in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

At least 1+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment
A relevant Diploma Qualification or at least 1-3 years of employment experience
Italian product knowledge an advantage
Understanding of wood fired pizza oven
The passion and drive to succeed and produce high quality dishes to our company standards
Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster
Willingness to undergo further training and development within our brand
Full Time salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus Super
