No experience? No problem. If you have a genuine passion for travel and great customer service skills, we’ll support you every step of the way.
What sets this role apart? At RAA, we do things differently. Our Travel Consultants enjoy guaranteed earnings with a competitive base salary - we don’t rely on commission structures. During your first nine months, you'll earn a base salary of $67,700 plus super while you complete your training and build your expertise. From there, you'll progress to an experienced salary of $75,985 plus super, with the opportunity to earn even more through our rewarding incentive program. In a time where travel can be unpredictable, we provide financial stability and security, so you can focus on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of commission-based sales.
In this role, you will:
Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each members unique preferences.
Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
Engage with our members in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

About you
You’re a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. We are also looking for:
A well-travelled explorer- you’ve experienced the world, collecting stories from countless international adventures (please share where you have travelled in your cover letter).
Ability to share your knowledge, making the perfect recommendations to our members.
A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple complex booking systems.
You thrive in collaborative environments, always ready to share ideas and help the team succeed.
