Adelaide CBD | Full-time Reporting to: Head of Strategic Fulfilment & Corporate Logistics

We are seeking a capable and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to our CEO / Managing Director, while also supporting the broader executive team. This role is central to the smooth operation of the CEO’s office, acting as a key conduit between the CEO and the wider business.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on variety, embraces technology, and takes pride in delivering excellence.
- Provide high-level, confidential 1:1 support to the CEO, including complex diary, inbox, and meeting management
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the CEO operates efficiently
- Prepare agendas, papers, presentations, and board-level reporting materials
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track actions through to completion
- Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO and leadership team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
- Maintain exceptional standards of organisation, professionalism, and discretion
- Support the executive team with key projects, coordination activities, and administrative requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act ahead of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities
