Location: Maitland & surrounding areas

Position: Casual

Pay Rate: Various Rates and allowances depending on skill/shift timing etc.

We are not just looking for "any cleaner". We are looking for reliable detailed-focused people who take pride in their work and want stable daytime hours with the same rotation of clients with optional extra work on offer regularly.

This role suits someone who enjoys routine, independence and leaving homes beautifully maintained without ridiculous time constraints or micromanagement.

About the Role

You will manage your own small portfolio of regular homes.

Same clients, same days, same routine.

You work independently most of the time.

Quality and consistency matter and we allow plenty of time to allow for this.

What We Offer

3 days with an optional extra two days on occasion.
Stable daytime work (school friendly hours available however we do work through school holidays)
Consistency in clients, get to know your home and get into a routine.
Paid training and paid trial clean.
Clear checklists and systems - no guesswork
A business that values reliability and care over rushing in and out.

This role would not suit someone that want's everyday variety, need constant supervision or is looking for short-term work.

Requirements

Current driver’s licence and insured reliable vehicle (travel between clients required)
Mobile phone with data access (for rosters, updates, and check-ins)
Friendly, caring attitude and genuine desire to help people
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning checklists
Must be able to work during school holidays
