Administration Officer – Allied & Mental Health
Permanent Full Time | HS2 (Admin Grade 2) $33.78 per hour + salary packing

About the Role

Join the Allied & Mental Health Directorate in a pivotal administrative role supporting the General Manager and Directors. This position offers broad exposure across a complex clinical environment, with responsibility for coordinating key processes, streamlining administrative systems, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with senior leaders, staff and stakeholders while contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive support to senior leaders

• Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation
• Manage invoices, leave requests and requisitions
• Record minutes and track actions from meetings
• Support reporting, data quality and process improvement

Skills & Experience

Strong administration and stakeholder support skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office and digital systems proficiency
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with rostering, minute-taking and workflows
• Professional judgement with high attention to detail
