About Swazzy
Swazzy is a growing Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, business systems, network services, and technology solutions to businesses across Australia.
We are a team built on purpose, customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help our members succeed. At Swazzy, we believe in working together, supporting each other, taking pride in the work we do, and delivering a reliable and professional experience every time.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for casual IT support technicians who can assist us with ad-hoc on-site work, installations, IT setups, network setups, and support tasks as required.
About the Role
This is a casual, ad-hoc IT support position suited to someone with strong IT knowledge, practical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work professionally with customers on-site.
The work will vary depending on customer needs. Some jobs may only require a couple of hours, while others may involve full-day installations or two-day rollout projects. At this stage, we cannot guarantee a fixed number of hours each week, so this role would suit someone looking for flexible casual work, project-based work, or additional IT field service opportunities.
You will be supported by Swazzy’s backend team and central operations team. Clear instructions, job notes, and guidance will be provided for each task. You will not be expected to operate alone without direction, but you must be confident, reliable, and capable of following technical instructions carefully.

- Communicating professionally with customers and the Swazzy team
- Escalating issues when further support is required
- Representing Swazzy in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
