About the role
We are seeking a qualified Certified Practising Valuer to join our team to support on a number of major government contracts and projects. The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for various property classes including residential, commercial and specialised property for Local, State and Federal Government clients.
Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
What sets you apart from the rest
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have strong client communication skills and commitment to professional development, together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status (RPV Status considered) combined with significant experience in the government valuation space , and i deally some commercial valuation experience (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
