Full Job Description

Wright Training is expanding our casual trainer team at our Goulburn high-fidelity training centre to meet growing demand for our safety, rescue and GWO delivery. Potential progression to permanent part-time for the right candidate over time.

Pay: $50 – $75 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), equivalent to $400 – $600 per training day. New trainers start at the assisting and learning rate and progress to solo delivery rate once competencies are confirmed.

What you'll do

Deliver and assess Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid, Vertical Rescue, Fire Safety, Risk Management and GWO modules (BST, ART, EFA)
Maintain compliance and accurate training records
Mentor participants moving into high-risk and wind industry roles
Contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery

What we need

TAE40116 or TAE40122 (current) — or active progress with a finish date. Sponsorship available for the right person
Competency in two or more of: WAH, Confined Space, First Aid, Rescue, Fire, GWO
Physical capability for heights, harness work, confined space and rescue scenarios
Current First Aid Certificate and manual driver's licence
Background in firefighting, emergency response, defence, wind, rope access, mining or high-risk trades is highly regarded
