We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Parramatta, Sydney. This pivotal leadership role involves driving excellence in community-based participant care, team development, and service innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Community-Focused Caseload: Manage a moderate caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored assessments, interventions, and therapy plans to support their independence and quality of life.
Empowering Participants: Work directly with participants, families, and carers to develop meaningful outcomes that enhance daily living and community engagement.
Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support the Occupational Therapy team, including junior clinicians, to ensure high-quality services for our community.
Service Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve therapy services, including research, quality assurance, and service planning.
NDIS Awareness: Stay up-to-date with NDIS changes and ensure the team is informed and compliant.

About You:

Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
2+ years of clinical experience (NDIS experience highly regarded).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and provide guidance to team members.
Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
