Full Job Description

We are a glass industry company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time CAD Draftsperson & Administration Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role with CAD drafting as the main responsibility, along with order processing and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and modify CAD drawings for glass-related projects and orders
Enter and process customer orders accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Assist with order enquiries and follow up with customers when required
Perform general office administration and day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and drawings
Assist with other office duties as required

About You

Previous experience using CAD software is essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident answering phone calls and communicating with customers
Good computer skills
Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
Chinese/Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage
Previous experience in the glass, construction, manufacturing or related industry is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
