Food and Beverage Attendant at Trawool Estate

Join our dynamic team Trawool Estate, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Located in Trawool, 1.5 hours from Melbourne CBD, our establishment offers a vibrant atmosphere coupled with delicious cuisine and top-notch service. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join us for weekend work as Food & Beverage Attendants, dedicated to upholding our commitment to excellence.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by delivering high-quality service in our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while contributing to a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and provide them with menu recommendations and specials.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

· Serve food and drinks promptly and according to established standards.

· Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain a smooth flow of service.

· Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.

· Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
