At Trader & Co., our Senior Team Member is the heartbeat of our front of house. You're not sitting in an office — you're on the floor with the team, making coffee, welcoming guests, and naturally stepping up when things get busy. You help the team feel settled, guests feel at home, and the café hum along the way it should.
What the role actually looks like:
You'll work alongside our front of house team every day — serving, making coffee, keeping things flowing. You're the first one to notice when something needs doing, and the person the team looks to when they need direction or a hand. You'll also help capture the occasional photo or reel for our socials (no pressure — just real, genuine content from someone who loves what they do).
We'll teach you the rest.
If you've worked in hospitality before — great. If you've never had a "senior" title but you naturally take ownership and care about doing things well — we want to hear from you. We'll invest in the right person.
What we can't teach is warmth, reliability, and a genuine love for people.
You might be our person if you:
- Genuinely enjoy hospitality and make guests feel like regulars from day one
- Stay calm and steady when it's busy
- Take initiative without needing to be asked
- Have some café or hospitality experience (barista skills a bonus — we can train)
- Are looking for a role where you can actually grow
