School Crossing Supervisor Reliever Yarram

$41.27 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus industry allowance and 12% statutory superannuation (if applicable)
We are seeking a reliable and community‑focused individual to join Wellington Shire Council as a relief School Crossing Supervisor in Yarram. In this casual position, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of students and families by supervising school crossings and supporting safe travel to and from school. This flexible, as‑needed role is ideal for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and committed to making a positive contribution to the local community.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate an ability to understand, relate to and communicate with young children. You will be required to follow safety processes and road rules whilst supervising the crossings during the morning and afternoon shift Monday – Friday on designated school days as required. Please note that this position requires constant standing, frequent walking, adequate hearing, clear vision and the ability to hold a stop traffic sign.

- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility for self and others under your care.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty and punctuality.
