We are seeking a Qualified Chef who shares our vision, passion and creation for our fresh, feelgood and wholesome menu in our laid back Country Beach Pub lifestyle.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management.
Food Preparation, support head chef and train kitchen hand team and produce high quality dishes.
Working with a high performing team and deliver high quality products and a smooth service
Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guest in a casual setting
Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures followed.
Quality Control
Minimize Waste and control food cost effectively
Plan seasonal specials
Minimum of 3 Years Experience Required in the industry is a must.
Strong communication and working in a friendly team environment and have a good attitude
We can provide 3 months accommodation to right candidate if required

Pay: $75,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
