About the opportunity:
Join a supportive and fast-paced conveyancing team where you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience while working across a variety of matters from instruction through to settlement.

Prepare, manage, and maintain conveyancing files from inception through to settlement
Handle client communications professionally, including phone calls and emails
Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, banks, brokers, and real estate agents
Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and settlement paperwork
Conduct title, council, and property searches
Monitor critical dates, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
Assist with electronic settlements via PEXA
Distribute and manage client intake forms, ensuring accuracy and secure storage
Open, maintain, and update client files in line with procedures and compliance requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About you:

Minimum 3 years previous experience in a conveyancing
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy across documentation
Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation
Experience with PEXA (or willingness to learn)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Desired:

Experience with TriConvey – Conveyancing Practice Management Software
