Position Profile: The Senior Investigator role is located within the WACHS Integrity Unit which is part of the broader People, Capability and Culture Directorate. This position is responsible for:

The management of allegations of breaches of discipline made against WACHS staff. This includes the assessment and reporting of allegations; recording, investigating, and monitoring disciplinary matters.
Undertaking quality assurance reviews of internal investigations.
Liaison with internal and external key stakeholders.
Providing assistance and advice to staff who are tasked with managing and investigating disciplinary matters.
Promoting ethical behaviour to WACHS staff through education.
