Venue Assistants – Entertainment Venue (Werribee)

We are seeking reliable and energetic Venue Assistants to join a busy entertainment venue in Werribee. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a new and growing business in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

At our arena we deliver Australia’s first premium indoor RC crawler experience, combining immersive off-road tracks, high-end vehicles, and interactive entertainment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Casual positions are available, with weekend and evening availability required.

About the Role

As a Venue Assistant, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner 
Guide customers on equipment use and ensure safe operation 
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service 
Maintain venue cleanliness and presentation standards 
Monitor equipment condition and report any issues 
Support smooth venue operations during busy periods 
Work effectively as part of a team

Skills and Experience

Experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service environments will be highly regarded.

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Reliability and flexibility, including weekend and evening availability 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
Confidence working in a busy, customer-focused environment 
Professional presentation and willingness to wear company uniform 
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

Additional Skills (Beneficial but Not Essential)

Interest in hands-on or hobby-related activities 
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills 
Basic IT knowledge, including POS or booking systems

Pay and Benefits

Competitive above-award casual rates will be offered in line with the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award.

Performance-based daily and monthly incentives are available for high performers.
