Location: West Dental & Implants

Are you a confident, organised, and patient-focused professional looking to make a real impact in a warm and welcoming dental setting? West Dental & Implants - Dental Practice is seeking an Experienced Senior Receptionist/ Practice Manager to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient care and administrative work in a calm, professional environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

Handle phone and email enquiries
Monitor patient sources and marketing feedback
Support in running a smooth reception operation
Liaising between dental team and patients
Perform general administrative duties as required
Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues
Schedule appointments and assist with financial arrangements
Prepare estimates, consent forms, and info sheets
Manage follow-ups, recalls, and outstanding treatments

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

A confident communicator
Friendly, approachable, adaptable and reliable
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Experienced in dental reception or treatment coordination
Comfortable with dental software (training provided if needed)
Proficient in using any dental software system with willingness to learn new platforms
