We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Baldivis South, located at 51 Borough Road ,Baldivis on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.
What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture

Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)

Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
What you’ll bring

A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for [NSW, VIC, SA, WA] or ability to obtain

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded

Current - Working with Children Check for, WA
