We're seeking an enthusiastic Crew Member to join the McDonald’s team, with a specific focus on assisting in McCafe to craft gold-standard quality coffee. We have a variety of Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis

Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Preparing gold standard McCafe food and beverages.
Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers.
Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
Serving and assisting our customers.

Able to deliver a high level of customer service.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Comfortable engaging with people including customers, suppliers and contractors, including handling difficult situations with individuals.

A great team player.
Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms.
Police Check required if successful (applicants over 18 years only).
Valid right to work in Australia is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Coffee making experience is desirable but not required. We provide extensive training to all of our staff including barista training for any applicants interested in joining our McCafe team.
