About the Role
As a Facility Cook, you will support residents to live well by delivering meals that are not only nutritionally balanced, but also enjoyable and beautifully presented. Working closely with the Chef Manager and kitchen team, you will help ensure high standards of food safety, service and compliance and step up confidently when the Chef Manager is away.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $30.34 - $34.89/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.
Available roster-
Wednesday- Monday from 10am-5.30pm, must be available to work 1 weekend a fortnight from 6.30am-3pm.

About You
- Experience in leading and coordinating kitchen staff.
- Ability to present food attractively and appetizingly.
- Sound knowledge of economic food management, ordering, and stocktaking.
- Experience in commercial cooking for large numbers.
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Desire to work with the elderly within our shared values.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/ Hospitality or relevant Trade qualifications
