We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Admin Assistant to join our valued client’s finance team in Stapylton, Brisbane. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity within a collaborative and high-performing accounts environment.

Position Details

Monday to Friday
Excellent working conditions

Key Responsibilities include

Support the Accounts Payable Team Lead and collaborate across the finance team
Process contractor invoices and reconcile timesheets
Assist with payroll administration and timesheet follow-ups
Manage company credit card coding and administration
Perform supplier statement reconciliations
Process employee expense claims in D365
Provide general finance and administrative support to the Finance Manager

The successful applicant must have

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Previous experience in a finance/admin or accounts role
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a small, agile team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
