Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Measure, mark, cut, assemble, install, and dismantle timber and modular formwork systems.
Construct formwork for footings, foundations, basement structures, columns, beams, walls, suspended slabs, and retaining walls.
Install bracing, props, and supports to ensure formwork is secure and compliant with project requirements.
Prepare formwork for concrete pours and assist with concrete placement where required.
Strip and clean formwork after concrete has cured for reuse on future projects.
Carry out set-out tasks and ensure formwork is installed accurately to specified levels and dimensions.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between project sites.
Operate a forklift (where licensed) and drive the company's manual truck when required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades. Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and industry standards.
