The Role
We are currently looking to employ fulltime suitably skilled EFM’s to join our teams on projects at various locations around QLD
- HV / LV / Private Network Development – multiple projects
- Light Industrial processing facility
You will be working with our highly skilled team to provide:
- Industrial electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance
- Electrical shutdowns
- Overhead and Underground Network Maintenance and Construction
- Substation Construction and Maintenance
- HV apparatus installation and cable jointing
- Commercial Solar Construction and Maintenance
As a key member of our project delivery team, you will:
- Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Managers
- Ensure that project safety and progress meet our high standards
- Complete works to required safety and quality benchmarks
- Be prepared for travel (FIFO/DIDO) as required for projects across QLD, NSW and VIC
- Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
- Offer technical insight, suggest design improvements, and support cost optimisation
- Access to AS Standards at your fingertips
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and collaborative leadership skills.
What You’ll Need
- QLD Electrical Licence
- QLD Drivers Licence (HR desirable)
- CPR/LVR (current)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings
- Strong safety mindset and work ethic
- Sound communication and computer literacy
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- HV Switching Ticket
- HV Cable Termination Experience
- High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF)
