We are looking for energetic, friendly and reliable Customer Service Attendants to join our team. As the face of our entertainment centre, you will create memorable experiences for guests while providing exceptional customer service across bowling, arcade games, birthday parties and our food and beverage areas.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Assist customers with bowling lane bookings, arcade card sales and attraction information.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Promote current offers, events and promotions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Sales & Upselling
- Promote bowling, arcade games and food and beverage offerings.
- Upsell party packages, attraction upgrades and arcade card promotions.
- Encourage participation in competitions, events and venue promotions.
- Meet individual and team sales targets where applicable.
Point of Sale Operations
- Process cash, EFTPOS and credit card transactions accurately.
- Operate the booking and POS systems.
- Balance tills and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Redeem prize counter items and process guest purchases.
Bowling Operations
- Assist guests with lane allocations and game setup.
- Troubleshoot minor bowling lane issues.
- Maintain bowling balls, scoring systems and lane presentation.
- Ensure bowling areas remain clean and safe.
Arcade Operations
- Assist guests with arcade card issues and game enquiries.
- Monitor arcade equipment and report faults.
- Refill ticket redemption games where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of arcade areas.
Food & Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Keep service areas clean and well stocked.
- Assist with function and party catering requirements.
Venue Presentation
- Complete cleaning and operational checklists.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensure all guest areas are presented to a high standard.
- Assist with venue setup and pack down as required.
