Full Job Description

At Danny’s Artisan Bakery, we pride ourselves on crafting delicious artisan pastries with a focus on quality ingredients and traditional techniques. We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef Assistant to join our friendly team and help us create mouthwatering croissants and other basic pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and baking of croissants and a variety of basic pastries.
Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality in every product.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry kitchen.
Help with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of basic pastry techniques is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
