Due to recent growth, we are seeking Support Workers who have experience supporting people with complex behaviours and mental health.

About the Role:

In home care assisting and enabling participants with daily tasks. inc. meal preparation, personal care and administering medication.
Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community.
Support and enable participants to achieve their goals.

About You:

Minimum 2 plus years of experience in the disability sector.
Experience supporting clients dementia and mental health prefered
Experienced supporting clients with manual handling, hoist transfer is highly beneficial.
Valid CPR & First Aid certificates.
Experience across a range of disabilities.
Minimum Certificate III Disability or similar/higher.
Good communication skills.
Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
Highly organised and proactive.
NDIS workers check.
NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus own car is desirable.
