What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships. Supporting a diverse customer base - including local farmers, primary producers and trade clients, you’ll deliver a memorable experience both in store and over the phone while:

Providing friendly and professional service to all clients and suppliers
Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
Processing counter sales
Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
Maintaining safety processes
Assisting with merchandise campaign material
Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

What You'll Bring:

You’re someone who brings a strong customer service focus, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to think creatively to get the job done. You also have a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally supported by knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:

Experience working within a customer services/sales environment
Effective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
