Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Brunswick East VIC, 3057

Service Specific: brand new service, new resources, make it your own!

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 7am-9am
After school care: 2.30pm-6pm
Admin: 10.50
Total hours: Admin

What is a Director of Service?

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

The Successful Candidate:

✅You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
✅ Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. (Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more info)
✅ As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
