About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who brings strong clinical knowledge, initiative, and a calm, patient-focused approach to every interaction.

Working closely with our clinicians, you’ll play an integral role in delivering seamless care across a range of general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

You will:

Provide high-level chairside assistance across a variety of procedures
Deliver a premium patient experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilisation standards
Anticipate clinician needs and support efficient treatment flow
Assist with patient coordination, clinical records, and administrative support where required
Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

Have 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced clinical environment
Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
Are confident supporting a range of dental procedures
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are highly organised, proactive, and reliable
Take pride in maintaining exceptional clinical and presentation standards
Are confident using digital systems and adapting to modern technology
Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth
