General Labourer – Fibreglass Pool Installation

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our fibreglass pool installation team.

No experience is required — full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction and pool industry while working in a supportive team environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, working within a team environment, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

About the Role

You will assist with the installation of fibreglass swimming pools across residential and commercial projects. Duties will vary daily and may include site preparation, manual labour, equipment handling, and assisting installers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with fibreglass pool installations
Site preparation and clean-up
Manual handling and general labouring duties
Assisting with excavation and plumbing preparation
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operating hand and power tools safely
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Working collaboratively within a team environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Licences & Requirements

Current Driver Licence
White Card (essential)
