Oversee high-volume culinary operations and manage catering across diverse cuisines and service operations

Support budget management and food cost control to maintain financial efficiency

Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar senior culinary role in premium high-volume, fast-paced environments

Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats

Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost-effective kitchen operations

Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies including stock and accounting systems

HACCP knowledge and appropriate culinary qualifications essential for maintaining food safety standards
