Casual Chef

$28.12 + 25% casual loading + penalty rates + Super

Located in Huntingwood, 2148
Roster - Friday night, Saturday @ $42.18 p/h & Sunday @ $49.21 p/h
Parking provided on site & close to public transport

THE POSITION

Assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring that the food you offer at the site is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

THE PERSON

Chef's Trade Qualifications
Ability to work within budgets
A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
