Role Highlights:
Pay: $24.00 – $33.00 per hour, based on experience and role level

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of FOH or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a café, deli, restaurant, takeaway or fast-paced food venue
- Confident taking orders, handling customers, and managing busy service periods
- Friendly, bubbly personality with strong people skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
- Adhere to uniform expectations
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Interest in quality food, coffee, and deli culture
- Ability to work well in a team and bring good energy
About the Role:
You’ll be helping with customer service, order taking, running food and drinks, maintaining a clean service area, supporting the team during busy rushes, and making sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish.
